Program Highlight:
Each Fellow works on a unique challenge while Bridging Intergenerational Learning Gaps. Each Fellow must:
- Spend 8-12 weeks in Specific Impact Challenge
- Identify a Real Challenge.
- Conduct Research under supervision of Top Tier Research Fellow
- Measure impact & Publish Research findings.

Why Digital Divide:
As technology reshapes everyday life, many senior citizens find themselves on the edge of an unfamiliar world, where simple tasks like banking or communication now require complex Digital Interfaces. This divide is not merely technical; it is deeply emotional, leading seniors to experience frustration, embarrassment, and a sense of inadequacy.
Without intervention, this often leads to withdrawal and social isolation, as seniors feel "left behind" by modern life.
