As technology reshapes everyday life, many senior citizens find themselves on the edge of an unfamiliar world, where simple tasks like banking or communication now require complex Digital Interfaces. This divide is not merely technical; it is deeply emotional, leading seniors to experience frustration, embarrassment, and a sense of inadequacy.
